The Fleur Room, perched atop Moxy Chelsea’s 35th floor, unveils a ghostly panorama of New York's silhouette, where shadows of the past, from the Statue of Liberty to the haunted spires of the Empire State Building, come to life. This enchanted garden lounge is woven with whispers of forbidden florals, a bewitched copper-clad bar, and an ancient chandelier dripping with the tears of forgotten spirits. Dominating the heart of this supernatural sanctum is a colossal disco ball, a relic from the notorious LA abyss, Vertigo. As All Hallows' Eve approaches, dare to invoke the spirits: with a single incantation, the glass walls draw back, beckoning brave souls into the chilling embrace of the night.

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, personal reasons, date conflicts, and weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Your ticket purchase signifies agreement to this policy. We strongly advise reviewing event details thoroughly before purchasing. Disputes contradicting this policy will be contested.
Credit/Voucher: In the event that you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased tickets, we offer the option to receive a credit or voucher equivalent to the value of your purchase. This credit can be used towards tickets for future events organized by Dream Hospitality.
To request a credit, voucher, or ticket transfer, please contact our customer service team at least two days before the event. The credit or voucher will be valid for 120 days from the date of issue and can be used for any Dream Hospitality event within that period.
Please note that credits or vouchers can only be issued once per purchase and are non-transferable. They cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used in their entirety; no change or remaining balance will be carried over.
