We do not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from another source unless they are an approved ticketing vendor by DHG. Management Reserves all rights to control entrance into the venue including pre-purchased ticket holders. Management may refuse entry to any ticket holder as they see fit including, but not limited to, Dress Code violations, intoxicated patrons, unruly patrons, and patrons with illegal substances or carrying out illegal acts.

Refund Policy: Strictly No Refunds
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, personal reasons, date conflicts, and weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Your ticket purchase signifies agreement to this policy. We strongly advise reviewing event details thoroughly before purchasing. Disputes contradicting this policy will be contested.
Credit/Voucher: In the event that you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased tickets, we offer the option to receive a credit or voucher equivalent to the value of your purchase. This credit can be used towards tickets for future events organized by Dream Hospitality.
Ticket Transfers: You may also have the option to transfer your ticket to a future event of equal value , subject to availability and event specifications.
To request a credit, voucher, or ticket transfer, please contact our customer service team at least [specific number of days] days before the event. The credit or voucher will be valid for [specify the duration, e.g., one year] from the date of issue and can be used for any Dream Hospitality event within that period.
Please note that credits or vouchers can only be issued once per purchase and are non-transferable. They cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used in their entirety; no change or remaining balance will be carried over.
