NOTE: The credit card which is used to purchase the table package MUST be presented at the door with a MATCHING ID to the credit card used for pre-purchase. If the initial credit card is not presented, table package will not be honored, and no refund will be granted.

Dream Hospitality Group guarantees that all tickets purchased directly from DHG including Event Brite, TIXR, DICE & Night Out (Ticket Sauce) are authentic.
We do not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from another source unless they are an approved ticketing vendor by DHG. Management Reserves all rights to control entrance into the venue including pre-purchased ticket holders. Management may refuse entry to any ticket holder as they see fit including, but not limited to, Dress Code violations, intoxicated patrons, unruly patrons, and patrons with illegal substances or carrying out illegal acts.
For seamless entry, please plan accordingly. All pre-purchased, general admission and guest list tickets are standing room only

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, personal reasons, date conflicts, and weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Your ticket purchase signifies agreement to this policy. We strongly advise reviewing event details thoroughly before purchasing. Disputes contradicting this policy will be contested.
