Refund Policy: Strictly No Refunds

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, personal reasons, date conflicts, and weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Your ticket purchase signifies agreement to this policy. We strongly advise reviewing event details thoroughly before purchasing. Disputes contradicting this policy will be contested.

At Dream Hospitality, we understand that plans can change. While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we offer alternative solutions to accommodate unforeseen circumstances:

Credit/Voucher: In the event that you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased tickets, we offer the option to receive a credit or voucher equivalent to the value of your purchase. This credit can be used towards tickets for future events organized by Dream Hospitality.

Ticket Transfers: You may also have the option to transfer your ticket to a future event of equal value , subject to availability and event specifications.

To request a credit, voucher, or ticket transfer, please contact our customer service team at least [specific number of days] days before the event.
